At Sportsmans Warehouse we love creating happy customers. So if you need to return a product purchased online from sw.com.au, we are happy to offer an exchange, credit or refund for items in original condition & packaging within 30 days for full priced items and within 14 days for sale items*. As there may be many different reason for returning an item(s), please see below the options available depending on your return request.

All returns will be completely refunded for the purchase price of the product, not including shipping costs. Should your product be incorrect, faulty or damaged, Sportsmans Warehouse will incur the shipping charge to have your item(s) returned.

Change of Mind

Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

  1.  Please review your Order Status Page via your order confirmation email to access the returns form. This will give you the option to return the incorrect/defective/ item or simply for change of mind.
  2. Please fill in the form and send the product(s) back to us with the filled out returns form included.
  3. Once we have received the product we will be able to credit you with a refund
  4. Should you require extra assistance, please contact our support team through the Q&A section or Customer Service section of our website.

Incorrect or Defective merchandise

Returns will be accepted if you received an item different to what was described on the website or is the wrong size, colour, or style to what you ordered. A Full refund or exchange including return shipping costs will be provided.

Refund Policy: Refund or exchange is offered for merchandise that is unworn, damaged, incorrectly shipped, faulty or deemed not suitable for the manufacturers intended purpose. 

Refunds are made to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used to make the purchase and processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving and processing the item(s) for return.

Changing Or Cancelling Orders

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service. Once an order is shipped, it must be received and returned – refer to the Returns section above for more details.

Clearance Sale Items

All sales that include items with a heavily reduced price are clearance and are final and non-refundable/non-returnable.
