At Sportsmans Warehouse we love creating happy customers. So if you need to return a product purchased online from sw.com.au, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund for items in original condition & packaging within 30 days for full priced items and within 14 days for sale items. As there may be many different reason for returning an item(s), please see below the options avaiable depending on your return request.

Change of Mind

Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Full refund or exchange less return shipping costs is provided. Just simply return these items through Austalia Post to the following address

Incorrect or Defective merchandise

Returns will be accepted if you received an item different to what was described on the website or is the wrong size, colour, or style to what you ordered. A Full refund or exchange including return shipping costs will be provided.

How to return Incorrect or Defective merchandise:

  1.  Contact Customer Service or phone 02 6211 3808 to provide details for return authorisation and pick-up;
  2.  A SW team member will send an e-Connote and Driver’s manifest via email to you and organise for a Startrack Courier to collect the goods.
  3.  Before the goods are collected simply print the e-Connote and driver’s manifest and hand them over, together with the goods and any packaging being returned, to the pick-up driver.

Refund Policy: Refund or exchange is offered for merchandise that is unworn, damaged, incorrectly shipped, faulty or deemed not suitable for the manufacturers intended purpose. 

Refunds are made to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used to make the purchase and processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving and processing the item(s) for return.

Changing Or Cancelling Orders

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service. Once an order is shipped, it must be received and returned – refer to the Returns section above for more details.
