Sportsmans Warehouse Shipping Policy

All orders are processed for shipping between 7 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if it is received before 10 am and your product is in stock at the main distribution centre. Thereafter, it will be shipped the following day unless advised or we have found it necessary to ship your order from another SW store.

Free Click & Collect in Store
Click & Collect is a free service that lets you ship your online order to any of the Sportsmans Warehouse stores. This gives you convenient in-store access to thousands of items. Please note you will not be able to Click & Collect some items that are specifically marked “Online Only”.
Shipping Courier
We use Australia Post, StarTrack and Allied Express for Shipping. You will receive an email us advising of your tracking details. Most orders are delivered throughout Australia within 48 hours from StarTrack. Usually by next day to Sydney and Melbourne metro areas.
Shipping Address
Our preference is for your order to be shipped direct to your street address, however a PO Box can also be used providing the items are not classified as Bulky Goods – for example basketball systems, gyms, trampolines and the like). Please note Shipping to a PO Box address may attract additional charges.
Please note there will be only 1 attempt to deliver at the nominated address. Authority to Leave the parcel is assumed, unless you wish to state otherwise as you place your order. If you are not present to accept your delivery at your nominated address, either the parcel will be left at a secure place within your premises, or a card will be left for you to contact the courier to organize a pick up from their depot or a local Australia Post Office.

Returns
If you would like to return a product purchased online from sw.com.au, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund for items in original condition & packaging within 30 days for full priced items and within 14 days for sale items. For full T&C please see this link. http://sw.com.au/returns/
