Any orders placed online are available for collection at your local or convenient Sportsmans Warehouse store. Pick up is FREE and you can collect your item(s) at a time that is convenient for you. After you have completed your order online, a SW team member will contact you, when your order is ready to be collected from your nominated store.
Order Confirmation Communication: You can expect a call from us within 2-4 hours of placing the order on any business day between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm for your order confirmation and give you an initial update on the order.
Status Update: Please note, we endeavour to contact you in 1-2 business days of the status of the order. We usually offer store pick-up from your nominated store on the same day or by next business day; however not all items ordered through SW Online may be available at time of order in your nominated store. If the item ordered has to come from more than one warehouse locations, then it could take a bit longer. For this reason we ask that you only go in-store for collection after being notified by an SW team member that your order is ready for collection. If there are any delays with your order you will be notified ASAP by a SW team member.
Products available for Click & Collect: Not all products are available for Click & Collect. Products that are available for Click & Collect will have a tick marked next the them on product details page.
How long we hold the stock for you: For all Click & Collect orders, we can keep your products aside for you up to 30 days, or based on customer’s request. We endeavour to contact and update you about your order for 30 days, however should your order remain uncollected after 30 days, the order will be deemed as cancelled and money will be refunded back to your accounts. If you have any impending issues hindering you to collect your items, please contact the relevant store holding the items for a bit longer. Please note, it is entirely up to Sportsmans Warehouse’s discretion whether to hold the stock or refund the money back to customer’s account after 30 days’ time period.
Usual Click & Collect Process:
To shop online and pick up at your nearest store just follow these simple steps:
Select your items and add to your shopping cart. When you are ready to finalise your order, continue to the checkout.
If you are a member, login with your username and password or if not simply just fill out your details in the checkout page.
Once completed just select the "Pick up order at Store" option and select your local store and person who is going to pick up the items. Complete the transaction using our secure payment process.
A SW team member from your nominated store will contact you when your order is ready to organise a pick-up date and time convenient to you.
Please note, you will need to show a copy of the order/ your order confirmation email either printed or from your phone. We may ask for your driver’s license (preferred) or any photo ID as a form of identification. Before picking the items up, you are required to sign the Click & Collect register.
